Our coach deals with the client’s life in all ramifications. This can range from personal and professional to health and relationships. Often life coaches will help a client in their work, because work is an important part of life, but their focus is not wholly on work. A life coach is the only professional trained to deal with all aspects of a client’s life.

Also,if you see the need to improve in your personal / professional life, our coaches are a good starting point because they act as catalyst motivators and help you develop a fresh perceptive. They will work with you to determine the pathway on how best to live your dreams.

Coach Training

Our Coaching Training Initiative is a 2-day intense and fun filled weekend retreat that offers a unique, experiential learning process that fully empowers participants to start a coaching practice immediately after the program. 

Our Coach Training Program specializes in helping trainers improve their elegance and precision in the use of language, body language, attention to hidden details.We help them gain the vital edge needed to make their work as coaches/trainers better and more effective. Our Expert Coaches work with the participants; building his/her conscious confidence until the base coaching skills becomes a consistent subconscious choice.

Our Advanced Trainer Program is divided into two classes:

  • Certification: this is a 2/3-day training that provides clients with a valid certificate to practice within the confines of the Country.
  • Licensing: this is a 10-day (or more) training that provides the client with a valid license to practice anywhere in the world.  

The certificates awarded are signed by Dr Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP) as well as Mrs Joke Coker (Lead Coach at Constellation).

Leadership Development

The leadership development program is an interactive, lively and motivational workshop, which addresses real issues and delivers a mind-set change. We offer simple, practical experiential learning, in an environment of fun.

Peer coaching will also build up the leadership skills of the coaches themselves. The young coaches will learn listening and communication skills as well as intervention skills to help with crises that may arise.

 

Exit Coaching

Exit Coaching consists of individual or group career counseling and advising. 

When letting go of employees, it is responsible to have a good outplacement plan that can help make the transition smoother for the laid off employee. Instead of a one-time payment, Exit Coaching allow displaced workers to utilize services like career counseling, interview coaching and resume advice, all of which allow the organization to help them get back on their feet and move forward.

Exit Coaching also benefits the organization in several ways, including staying competitive in the industry, maintaining positive relationships with displaced workers, creating a positive reputation for the organization.
