Our coach deals with the client’s life in all ramifications. This can range from personal and professional to health and relationships. Often life coaches will help a client in their work, because work is an important part of life, but their focus is not wholly on work. A life coach is the only professional trained to deal with all aspects of a client’s life.

Also,if you see the need to improve in your personal / professional life, our coaches are a good starting point because they act as catalyst motivators and help you develop a fresh perceptive. They will work with you to determine the pathway on how best to live your dreams.

Coach Training

Our Coaching Training Initiative offers a unique, experiential learning process that fully empowers participants to start a coaching practice immediately after the program. The certificates will be signed by Richard Bandler (The Co-Creator of N.L.P. worldwide) and our lead Coach Trainer Mrs. Joke Coker.

Our Expert Coaches work with the participants over this 2-day intense and fun filled weekend retreat; building his/her conscious confidence until the base coaching skills becomes a consistent subconscious choice.

It is now an established fact, that Executive Coaching boosts a leader’s capability to achieve short- and long- term organizational goals. Previously, companies hired executive coaches to come in and ‘fix’ broken executives. Today, most companies hire Executive Coaches as an investment to harness the highest potential in their top executives and high potentials. Having an in-house coach provides a competitive advantage.

Leadership Development

The leadership development program is an interactive, lively and motivational workshop, which addresses real issues and delivers a mind-set change. We offer simple, practical experiential learning, in an environment of fun.

This is done 2 weeks before the workshop.

Role Plays, Demonstrations and Practice
Post work shop evaluation and interaction after 21 days to:
Check on the implementation of new behaviours, leadership habits and team culture
